We'll take care of your entire yards dog poop on a pre-scheduled, routine weekly basis so you never have to scoop it ever again. There are no contracts at all and you can start or stop your dogs pooper scooper service with a single text or call by the 15th of the month prior to the month you want service discontinued.
To suspend service, i.e. vacations, call or text in your request. Any pre-paid credit will be on your account to use when you restart your service. If your dogs have been using your yard while your service was suspended, there may be extra charges for extra time necessary to bring your yard back to an acceptable clean condition.
We access your property in a way that ensures your dog will remain in the yard while prioritizing home safety.
We scoop and double bag all the dog poop your dogs leave behind in a professional manner and leave the bags in your trash cans or area you designate.
We serve as your second pair of eyes. We'll even fill water bowls if needed and you have notified us that you prefer this. We will notify you if your dog's poop contains objects they have eaten, the possible presence of worms or loose stools. While scooping we may notice that your dog is withdrawn or seemingly doesn't feel or look well. We'll disclose that to you.
Please keep an eye on us for the first few weeks to guarantee we have not overlooked your dogs favorite poop places.
During the winter we ask that you keep the gate to your yard free and clear of any ice or snow, and a cleared and maintained path through the snow to the gate of your yard.
During the summer we ask that you keep your grass and weeds mowed so the poop is visible and we can do a good job cleaning. We cannot guarantee our work if you let the grass and weeds grow above three inches.
If for any reason your yard is not accessible when we come to clean and we cannot get in, for example, a locked or broken gate, an aggressive dog, or snow blocking your gate, or no cleared path through the snow to the gate of your yard, your account will still be charged.
SNOW & WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY
During the winter we will not come out for your service day if there is one inch or more fresh snow on the ground within 48 hours prior to your scheduled service day, as there will be no poop visible. You will receive a cancellation credit on your account. We will continue your service on your next scheduled service day. All the poop that accumulates under the snow from snow cancellations will be cleaned up as the snow melts and there will be more than usual to clean when all the snow melts in the Spring.
During 10 degree or below temperatures, including wind chill factors on your service day, we will not come out due to risk of frost nip/bite. You will receive a cancellation credit on your account.
During very heavy rain or dangerously strong wind storm on your service day we will not come out. You will receive a cancellation credit on your account.
Snow and other weather related Cancellation Credits are non-refundable credits that will be applied first to extra clean-up time fees for extra work done anytime it is needed, as in times when there may be extra poop due to consecutive weather cancellations, or during winter warmings and during Spring thaw, before you are charged for extra Clean-up time, if any at all.
Weather related cancellation credits expire on October 31st of any year. They start accumulation again on November 1st.
If you temporarily stop service during the winter (i.e. if you can't keep up with keeping your gate free and clear of ice and snow, or keeping a clear path through the snow to your gate,) any Weather Cancellation Credits will be applied to your Spring Clean-up when you restart service in the Spring, before you are charged any extra clean-up time charges.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
All services are pre-paid by credit or bank card. When you set up an account for regular service, your credit or bank card will be charged on the 25th of each month prior to the month of service.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
If you should wish to cancel service, contact us by phone or text by the 15th of the month prior to the month you wish to cancel and your card will not be charged on the 25th of the month you wish to cancel.
LATE FEES
You will be charged a late fee of $15.00 if your card is declined on the 25th of any charged month for any reason. To avoid late fees, please keep us updated on any credit card changes (i.e. renewed / lost card information update.
