Additional charges will apply if there are 5 weeks in a month.
All new weekly accounts require a one time $35.00 set-up fee which includes an extra 45 minutes of initial clean-up time if needed in addition to the weekly clean-up time. If the yard has been completely cleaned within 7 days of the initial clean-up, 50% of the set-up fee will be waived.
$75.00 minimum for up to 1 hour clean-up time, and $1.25 per minute over the first hour.
Also, you may choose clean until done or time cap options.
We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing based on size and condition of yard.
